Shipping
-We ship to virtually any address in the United States and outside.
-We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders of $35 and up (after promotions and discounts). Free shipping will be sent by First Class / Priority Mail / Fedex Ground depending on the weight of the package, only within the USA excluding; Alaska,Hawaii, Puerto Rico and PO Boxes. After applying a coupon you will be asked to choose the shipping address again if your order is less than $35 again. All the rates are pulled directly from the carriers tables and depend on the weight of your order. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other coupons.
-All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order, based upon our available inventory. Should we need to contact you to address availability there may be a slight delay in processing your order
-After placing your order, you may log into the "My Account" link to track the status of your order. A shipment confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of the shipment of your order. Please note if you place your order after 2:00 pm EST or after standard business hours your estimated shipping time will be based on the next business day. For example if an order is placed on Friday you can calculate your next business day starting the following Monday.
-Shipping rates for all orders that do not qualify for free shipping (under $35 or outside the continental US Plus Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) or for special deliveries and services such as Second-day or overnight are weight based on weight and will incur additional charges.
Return Policy
-Since our items are food items, return of an opened item is unavailable.
-You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
-You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 business days after we receive your package, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
-Should you need to return an item, simply contact us via phone or "contact us" page and we will guide you through the process.
